What to do about it……

So let’s get back to nutrition basics by using these few strategies:

  1.  Read your labels:  if you don’t know what the ingredients are then consider putting it back on the shelf. 

  2. There are over 50 different names of sugar so educate yourself and begin looking for those in labels. Aka poison

  3. Natural sugar is fine which is found naturally in fruits and vegetables

  4. Buy less processed foods and fill your refrigerators and cupboards with God given foods.
